What is the GPS program?
The GPS (Goal, Preparation & Success) program is a 3-month program created to move immigrants like you from where you are currently to a better place in your career; whether it’s from having no job to getting a good job, moving from a job to a better job or transitioning from one career to another.
We do this by providing you with the plan and guidance needed to achieve your career goal. The GPS program is designed to lead you in the right direction to your career goals.
- You are an immigrant who arrived in Canada within the last 3 years
- You currently don’t have a job or are working low-income jobs that pay below 25,000CAD
- You have some work experience from your home country, yet can’t get a job that matches your experience level (maybe you’ve been told you lack Canadian experience)
- You don’t know how to approach the Canadian job market; where do you begin to search for a job? How do you position yourself in this new country?
- You have no idea what the job system in Canada is like.You want to start over or switch careers, but you don’t know what career to go into in Canada that will suit your skills and prior experiences.

The GPS program is in two (2) forms;
Group program – you will take the program together in a group. One-to-One program – you have a more private approach to the program.
The difference between the two forms of the GPS program is that the One-to-One program is simply for people who would like to be coached and guided more personally.
Both the Group GPS program and the One-to-One GPS program come with personalized plans and strategies, so whether you choose to enroll in the group program or the one-to-one program, you won’t be lost and will get great value from anyone you choose.

Who is the GPS program for?

Both the Group GPS program and the One-to-One GPS program come with personalized plans and strategies, so whether you choose to enroll in the group program or the one-on-one program, you won’t be lost and will get great value from anyone you choose. The difference between the two is that the One-to-One program is simply for people who would like to be coached and guided more personally, while the Group program exists in a group of 10 people.
Is the GPS program something I will have time for?
Our program is tailored to fit your specific need and schedule. Not having time is not a problem as an arrangement can always be made, especially if you go for the One-to-One option.
